To provide a method for controlling a liquid level in the regenerator of an absorption refrigerating machine capable of performing control of the liquid level in the high pressure regenerator of the absorption refrigerating machine for a long period in a maintenance free state and the absorption refrigerating machine.
In the method for controlling a liquid level in the regenerator of the absorption refrigerating machine formed such that a lithium bromide solution fed from an absorber by a solution pump is contained in a high pressure regenerator 40, by heating the lithium bromide solution, concentration is increased and regenerated, and the regenerated lithium bromide solution is returned to the absorber, a fluidics element 70 having two inflow ports 73 and 74 and one outflow port 72 is provided, one inflow port 73 is opened to the upper limit position of a liquid level, and the outer inflow port 74 is opened to the lower limit position of a liquid level. Since a high flow rate or a low flow rate of a solution flows out through the outflow port 72 according to the position of the liquid level, by controlling operation of the solution pump according to a flow rate of a solution, the position of the liquid level can be held in a given range.
