Abstract:

To provide a mechanical element merchandise quality control method for easily handling an IC tag to be used in each production process of each element article and contributing to the improvement of traceability, concerning a mechanical element merchandise including a plurality of element articles.

The quality control method is the method for the mechanical element merchandise to be assembled by including a plurality of kinds of element articles to be produced through a plurality of processes. When the element article is carried in each process, the IC tag 4 for recording and reading information by non-contact is attached to a carriage vessel 11 with the element article contained therein. The IC tag 4 is prepared by lot, so as to record information in the IC tag 4 in the carriage route of the vessel 11. It is favorable that the IC tag 4 is attached to the vessel 11 directly, or attached to a visual identification tag 12 to be fitted to the vessel 11.
