Title:
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING REVOLUTION OF BRUSHLESS MOTOR AND WASHING MACHINE EMPLOYING IT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3789843
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a revolution of a motor inexpensively by applying brake without generating any regenerative power by a convenient method.
SOLUTION: In the method for controlling the revolution of a brushless motor where a permanent magnet rotor is arranged in a stator having a three- phase winding, a PWM signal is formed in a drive control circuit including a microcomputer by three Hall ICs based on a position sensor signal, an inverter circuit is controlled by the PWM signal and the permanent magnet rotor is rotary driven through conduction control of the three-phase winding, the revolution is calculated from a pulse interval based on the position sensor signal and the voltage and phase being supplied to the motor are controlled depending on the load based on the revolution, thus applying a brake force to the motor.
