In a ring fine spinning frame, either of spinning-out tensions or spindle revolutions on plural points during yarn winding under set conditions are calculated using three equations consisting of a motion equation regarding a traveler 4 with due consideration of a centrifugal force and air resistance of yarn Y by ballooning, and slide resistance of the traveler 4, a theoretical equation of ballooning and a relational equation between a wind-up tension for winding up yarn to a bobbin 1 and a spinning-out tension, and the fine spinning is operated based on the results of the calculation.
