Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize quality of a product by suppressing surge pressure generated when the process is moved from a filling process to a dwelling process in injection in the injection molding machine.
SOLUTION: A screw is moved from a metering completing position at a speed corresponding to the filling process while a positional command is renewed on every time interval. In parallel with this, whether the screw reaches a dwelling starting position is monitored. When the screw reaches the dwelling starting position, the filling process is moved to the dwelling process and as the next positional command, a value to which an amount of correction set in advance is added is provided from the positional command at that time to slow down or retreat the screw. After it is shifted to the dwelling process, while the positional command is renewed on every time interval again, the screw is moved at a speed corresponding to the dwelling process. In parallel with this, whether it reaches an injection time or a dwelling time set in advance and whether the screw reaches an advancing limit are monitored and when it reaches either one of the above described conditions the screw is stopped.
