PURPOSE: To improve the operation method of a storage pump by newly providing a second water level detecting device for detecting the lower and upper limit levels of a conventional water level detecting device, and controlling its level variation to regulate the rotating speed of the storage pump.
CONSTITUTION: On the outside of a conventional first water level detecting device 2 for detecting the lower and upper limit levels in an elevated water tank, a second water level detecting device 3 for detecting the lower and upper limit levels of the first water level detecting device 2 is newly provided. The second water level detecting device 3 is provided to a water level calculating device 4 and an operated pump calculating device 6 through a control cable 6, and the level variation is outputted to a rotating speed control power board to increase the rotating speeds of storage pumps No.10, No.11 when the water level is the lower limit, and reduced when it is the upper limit. The pumping quantity thus can be controlled according to the feed quantity to a facility fluctuated in use amount.
