Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respectively transport both materials at stable speed even in the state where a preceding material and the succeeding material having different speed are approached to each other and to stably and accurately transport them by preventing the rapid change of acceleration when the succeeding material is made to catch up with the preceding material.
SOLUTION: Table rolls TR1-TR6 are driven with individual motor for every roll. By respectively tracking the position of the tail end 1a of the preceding material and the position of the tip 2a of the succeeding material, each table roll is driven at the detected speed V1 on the downstream side till the tail end 1a passes through the roll and at the detected speed V2 on the upstream side after the tail end 1a passes through the roll.
