A method for controlling an output of the motor includes a step of supplying with a power from one or more battery packs. The system for controlling the output of the motor includes a means for detecting voltage data to be inputted to the motor, a means for sensing current data for energizing the motor, a means for calculating power consumption of the motor from the voltage data and the current data, a means for calculating total power consumption by integrating the power consumption, and a means for judging whether the total power consumption is larger than a predetermined value or not by comparing the total power consumption with the predetermined judged value. When the total power consumption is judged to be larger by the judging means, the output of the motor is lowered.
