Abstract:
To provide a method for identifying a factor to control the undifferentiated state of stem cells and controlling the undifferentiated state in stem cells.
The method for controlling an undifferentiated state in stem cells comprises increasing the amount of active Fibrillarin in stem cells by Fibrillarin gene transfer. The method for promoting dedifferentiation comprises inactivation of stem cell and a killing method of the stem cells by suppressing Fibrillarin gene expression of stem cells and Fibrillarin gene transfer to somatic cells.
