Title:
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING VIBRATORY FORCE FOR PILING WORK AND CONTROLLER THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2729023
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To minimize pollution without lowering work efficiency by changing the amount of the vibratory force of a vibrator in stepless so as to be almost inversely proportional to a set feeling seismic intensity curve.
CONSTITUTION: When the fixed vibratory force is previously applied to piles, the feeling seismic intensity to be sensually sensed by a human body on the surface of ground is defined as the reference of vibratory force control, after the feeling seismic intensity curve is increased corresponding to the increase of the piling depth of piles 20, gradually decreasing intensity curve is calculated to store the curve in a feeling seismic intensity curve storage circuit 31. When a signal is received from a piling sensor 21, a feeling seismic intensity arithmetic circuit 32 calculates the feeling seismic intensity corresponding to the present depth of the piling depth of piles 20 while transferring information to/from the storage circuit 31. Based on this intensity, command signal arithmetic circuit 33 calculates an appropriate vibratory vibromotive force being almost inversely proportional to the feeling seismic intensity to control a vibration generator 17. This vibration generator 17 can control the vibratory force in stepless by using a device capable of arbitrarily controlling revolving speed and eccentric force.
