To solve such a problem that a material to be treated such as waster itself emits a smell in a heating treatment installation often or when the material passes through a treating process and consequently the working environments are undermined and therefore, the remedy is to discharge the smell to the outside of the installation by means of a blower and the like but accompanied by an adverse effect to inhabitants in the neighborhood of and around the installation due to the discharge of the smell to the outside of the installation.
