PURPOSE: To have a delivery of sheets at a speed suitable for ocular inspection in a system where package sheets are fed in from a plastic filling machine at a high speed by rearranging the sheets fed onto a distributor conveyor in rows in a small number into more rows for sending out.

CONSTITUTION: A handover mechanism 6 has a rotary shaft 61, which is supported by brackets 60 provided at the joint part of a distributor conveyor 2 and a low-speed inspecting conveyor 4, and pawls 62 in several pairs installed at specific spacings and rails 65. When the distributor conveyor 2 moves, jigs 28, 28' are delivered apart by the action of cam rails 30, 30', and at the outlet of the conveyor 2 moves for half a distance which is a little longer than the length l of the pakcage sheet m to be dispersed from two rows at high speed in four rows and placed on a handover plate 65 mating with chains 40a, 40b for low- speed conveying by the action of the handover machanism 6, and further sent out at a low speed being pushed by a pawl 400.
