PURPOSE: To convey and remove powder out of a device without scattering it by exhausting the powder loaded on a rotor in predetermined direction by the centrifugal force by the rotation of the rotor.

CONSTITUTION: A rotatable platform 10 is rotatably provided between the cylinder 1 and outside over 6 via bearing 8 to be rotated by the pressurized air ejected from a nozzle 14 toward blades 11 projected lon the platform 10. Excessive sand 2' exhausted out of the cylinder 1 when cast sand is molded or tested in compression is fropped on the platform 10 to be accumulated thereon. When the pressurized air from the nozzle 14 rotates the platform 10, the sand is exhausted from the outlet provided at the cover 6 into a chute 15 by the centrifugal force.
