Abstract:

To eliminate the fire hazard of a molding-solidified product by constructing a carrying conveyer composed of a screw conveyer containing spiral vanes within the carrying cylindrical body to carry the solidified product with the vanes of the screw conveyer and spraying cooling water onto the solidified product with a water-spraying mechanism in the carrying process with the screw conveyer to cool the solidified product of high temperatures.

A carrying conveyer 2 is composed of a screw conveyer 3 containing spiral vanes 3b within the carrying cylindrical body 3a, and is provided with: a water-spraying mechanism 4 capable of spraying cooling water M onto a molding-solidified product W carried with the screw conveyer; and an air-suction discharging mechanism 5 capable of sucking the vapor within the screw conveyer, generated by the solidified product on spraying of the cooling water, to discharge externally are arranged.
