To provide a method for crosslinking a phenolic skeleton-bearing compound, and to provide a crosslinked product improved in various physical properties including water resistance, solvent resistance, heat resistance, low shrinkage and flame retardancy.

The method for crosslinking comprises carrying out a reaction between (A) an aromatic compound having in the identical aromatic ring at least one hydroxy group and a (meth)acryloyloxy or (meth)acryloyloxyalkoxy group and (B) a compound having at least one group selected from oxazoline, epoxy and isocyanato groups. The crosslinked product obtained by crosslinking by the above method is also provided.
