PURPOSE: To recover a removed treated piece as plastic material by a method wherein a plastic molded product is broken to small pieces to be treated, crushed by adding compressive impact force based on microvibration, and the resin paint film removed by peeling off.
CONSTITUTION: A plastic product 11 is broken with a cutter mill 201, and a small piece to be treated 12 is obtained. The small piece 12 is charged from a charging aperture 24 of a first compressive impact force-applying device 20. A compressive impact member 21b intermittently microvibrates the other compressive impulse member 21a, and compressive impact force based on microvibration is added to the small piece 12 at a compressive impact part 23. Then, a recovery plastic material 13 easy to be crushed and, in a spreading manner, stretched and a resin paint film 14 difficult to be crushed and, in a spreading manner, stretched are separated by a required crush action and spreading stretch action. Then, they are discharged downward. The paint film 14 is separated from the plastic material 13 thus to be removed. The recovery plastic material 13 is recovered as a raw plastic material.
