Abstract:
To provide a method of crushing pollen, capable of easily crushing husk thereof.
The method for crushing pollen comprises the steps of dispersing pollen and a treatment-medium in a dispersion medium to obtain a dispersion and passing the dispersion through a wet-type crushing apparatus to crush the pollen. According to this method, pollen husk can be easily crushed, and the nutrient or useful ingredient of pollen is not damaged since enzyme is not utilized here. Further, a pollen ingredient can be easily separated from a treatment liquid after treatment. Here, as the treatment medium ceramic-beads, for example, can be used.
