To provide a method of crushing a polymer composite resin material, which crushes the polymer composite resin material and furthermore, can separate into each resin and material, and a method of recycling the same.

In the method of crushing the polymer composite resin material, a stretch of a polymer material is 70% or less compared to that of the other polymer material. The polymer composite resin material 15 is crushed using a uniaxial shear crushing machine 10 and crushed under the condition that a motor load (Le=motor voltage (V)×motor current (A)/processing amount (kg/hour)) per treatment of crushed objects of 1 kg/hour of the uniaxial shear crushing machine 10 is 20 VA×hour/kg or more.
