Abstract:
PURPOSE: To readily remove cut paper pieces made by paper cutting without depending on spray of especially air jet in a paper machine dryer.
CONSTITUTION: In a dryer having a group of dryer rolls 1 and 2 of a line type used together with vacuum rolls 3 and 4, driving motors 5 and 6 are regulated by a control part 20 by detecting the dryer in cutting paper, paper cutting is caused by making ≥ elongation at break of web 30 difference in speed between a group of top canvas (group of dryer roll 1 and vacuum roll 3) and a group of bottom canvas (group of dryer roll 2 and vacuum roll 4) to remove cut paper pieces.
