Abstract:
PURPOSE:To automatically decide a packing route with higher optimum degree by dividing a printed circuit board into band areas, and selecting the packing route along the longitudinal direction of the band area. CONSTITUTION:The maximum travel distance (lcyc) of a packing head or an XY table which supplies the minimum packing cycle time of a targeted NC packing machine is selected as a dividing band width, and the packing route is found along the longitudinal direction of the band width, and only a packing route length exceeding the maximum travel distance out of the packing routes is remarked, and a band dividing direction (in a direction of X or Y) with smaller total sum of the packing route length is set as the optimum solution. Since a total travel time for the packing length less than the maximum travel length is decided only by the number of packing points, only the packing route length exceeding the maximum travel distance is targeted in a decision relating to the optimization of the packing route. Also, since a device is constituted so that the printed circuit board is divided into the band width and the packing route is searched along the longitudinal direction of the band area in the band width, the solution can be obtained with a few number of times of search ing.
