PURPOSE: To peel off the adhered matters on the heat transfer surface of the titled boiler to effectively remove the same by bringing a cement clinker burnt in the cement plant into collishion with the heat transfer surface of the recovery boiler in a waste heat recovery boiler of a suspension preheater in the cement plant.
CONSTITUTION: Small particles of the cement clinker for blowing in are collected by an electric dust collector 9 at the outlet of a clinker cooler 8, and are blown into the intermediate part of an upstream gas dust 6 of an SP (suspension heater) boiler 1 by clinker blow-in blower 2 through a transport pipe 3. The small particles of the clinker have a large specific gravity as compared with particles of cement raw material, and have no adhesive property. Hence, when small clinker particles are blown from the suspension heater (SP) into dust (mainly, cement raw material power) spraying through the dust 6, dusts fixed to the surface of a boiler water pipe group is collected as if they were ground off. By blowing small clinker particles into the dusts, the heat transfer surface of the SP boiler can be cleaned, and the surface of the boiler water pipe group is smoothened. Thus, the heat transfer surface of the boiler can be constantly cleaned.
