To provide a method for deep drawing an aluminum composite sheet capable of improving a method for deep draw forming of Al composite sheet holding resin between pure Al sheets and forming a deep draw forming product with a deep drawing depth of ≥200 mm.
In a method that a high viscosity oil is applied to a blank 5 composed of Al composite sheet holding resin between pure Al sheets and then forming is executed by opposite hydraulic forming method, draw forming separated in two stages in the case of opposing hydraulic forming is executed, in the first stage of drawing, the depth of drawing is fixed at ≥150 mm and at the same time forming is executed so that a punch 7 is stopped in a range of 5-20% depth of final drawing in the height from the bottom dead center of the punch 7, and then in the second stage of drawing, forming is executed down to the bottom dead center of the punch 7 to obtain a depth of final drawing h2 of ≥200 mm.
