Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for deodorizing a squeezed juice of fresh saururaceous grass, capable of destroying a smelly component peculiar to the saururaceous grass in a short time, capable of suppressing activity of a microorganism, capable of stabilizing quality of the juice, without damaging a medicinally efficacious component thereof, and capable of making the juice utilizable as a refreshing drink.
SOLUTION: This method for deodorizing the squeezed juice of the fresh saururaceous grass comprises crushing and squeezing wild grass, such as the fresh saururaceous grass, to obtain a squeezed liquid, then roughly filtering the liquid by a filter to obtain a filtrate, and further applying vibration to the filtrate by a micro-vibration generator, so as to deodorize the smelly component peculiar to the saururaceous grass in the short time without damaging the medicinally efficacious component.
