Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for the detection of marker of the Alzheimer's disease, namely the amyloid-² oligomers in human CSF, using a combination of steps including demasking the epitopes responsible for antibody binding on the A² peptide oligomers as well as detecting fluorescently marked antibodies binding to said epitopes, preferably by using the FRET technology.
