Abstract:

To provide a method for swiftly and more objectively detecting bacteria from excrement specimen with high detection sensitivity compared with a conventional method.

The method for detecting the bacteria from the excrement specimen includes a process for performing PCR using a primer pair allowing bacteria-derived DNA to be amplified in a solution containing pool specimen composed of the excrement specimen collected from X (X is an integer of ≥2) type excrement.
