Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proposal for a brake detection by determination of position change of an input rod.SOLUTION: Braking is detected, taken into account at least a sensor level (s, φ, 20) determined, by determining a target brake strength (22) set by a driver of a vehicle with a brake system and an automatic vehicle control system of the vehicle, and by determining at least one sensor level relating to the position of an output rod (24) of the brake system, a servo unit main body (26), a control housing (28), a motor (30) of an electric mechanical servo unit and a screw thread (32), position adjusting stroke (s), rotation angle (φ), and the configuration or deformation of a reaction disc (34) of the brake system as at least one sensor level.
