Abstract:
To provide a press molding crack determination method capable of determining during which of press molding time and spring-back time a crack having occurred or predicted to occur in a press molding occurs, and a press molding crack countermeasure determination method capable of determining a countermeasure against the crack of the press molding on the basis of the crack determination.SOLUTION: This press molding crack determination method for determining a crack countermeasure for a press molding 21 in which a crack has occurred comprises: press-molding a test piece 31 so as to reproduce a stress state during the press molding process of a bending part 23 which is a crack occurring part in the press molding 21, and determining the occurrence of very small tearing in a stress state reproduction part 33 of the test piece 31 (P1); and determining a crack during the press molding process when it is determined that there is very small tearing in the stress state reproduction part 33, and a crack in spring-back after the press molding when it is determined that there is no very small tearing in the stress state reproduction part 33 (P3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
