Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE OF ADJUSTING NOZZLE CORE FOR LIGHT ALLOY INJECTION MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3198071
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damages to the apparatus, electric device and the accidents for the working people by providing such a nozzle seating device on the fixed base that enables to calculate its core position at aligned to that of die sprue bush, and makes core displacement adjustment exactly in a short time, resulting to eliminate the fly-off of semi-molten alloy leaking from the clearance.
SOLUTION: A nozzle 3 is closely placed to the nozzle seating of the nozzle seating device 31 mounted on the front side of a fixed base 11 for checking the core displacement position of the nozzle seating device and the nozzle 3. Core adjustment is performed by a swing device 5 for the horizontal displacement, and by a hoist device 7 for the vertical displacement to make it sure that the core positions are in aligned by nozzle-touching to the nozzle seating. After checking it, the nozzle seating is moved to or removed from the position where the nozzle 3 can be inserted in the concave part of the fixed base 11 without a hitch. Then, a transfer device 8 has the nozzle 3 moved to the concave part of the fixed base 11 and touched to a die sprue bush 22 of a die 21 mounted to the fixed base 11 for the exact positioning of the core position.
