Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically adjust the output voltage of a high-voltage unit.
CONSTITUTION: The tip plug of the cable 45 of a probe 43 is inserted in a CPU board 46. By making the probe 43 abut on the output terminal of the high-voltage unit 42, the output voltage of the unit 42 is measured. The output voltage of the unit 42 is lowered to 1/100-1/1000 by the probe 43 and AD- converted. Then, the feedback of the voltage to a CPU 51 is executed. By the CPU 51, the voltage is compared with a reference value and a signal outputted to the unit 42 is adjusted. Then, it is outputted to the unit 42 after it is DA-converted.
