To decrease the number of cranes to be installed by lightening the burden of lifting works in a workhour zone in the daytime by automating a series of the carrying and lifting works of materials or the like using the cranes mounted on a construction field and improving the efficiency of lifting works by conducting the lifting works of materials or the like in a resting time zone when construction works are completed as the night time.

The materials 12 or the like are taken in by an unmanned forklift 15 from the placing place 21 of the materials 12 or the like carried in from the outside, and the materials 12 or the like are carried up to rack shelves 22 or delivery places 17 to the crane 13 and placed, or carried up to the delivery places 17 from the rack shelves 22 and placed. The materials 12 or the like placed at the delivery places 17 are taken into the crane 13 through an automatically controlled shifter 16, and the taken-in materials 12 or the like are lifted up to aimed floors. The materials 12 or the like reaching the aimed floors are unloaded on floor faces on the floors through the automatically controlled shifter 16.
