Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of casting work and to increase a casting capacity by automating a casting process of a gallium.
SOLUTION: Plural empty molds 1 are placed on an empty pallet 2 and transported onto a wt. measured part 4 from a loader part 3. The wt. measuring part 4 is ascended so as to be able to continuously measure the variation of the molds 1 on the pallet 2 and also, a needle 6 is made movable at the upper part of each mold 1 on the pallet 2. Liquid gallium is poured into the mold 1 with dispense means 7 through the needle 6, and it is detected with a wt. signal 8 that the poured quantity of the liquid gallium into the mold 1 becomes a prescribed value. At the time when the liquid gallium is completely poured into one mold 1, the mold 1 to be poured is changed to the other mold in order. After pouring the prescribed quantity of the liquid gallium into the all molds 1, the wt. measuring part 4 is descended and the pallet 9 on which the poured molds are placed is transported to an unloader part 10.
