PURPOSE: To reduce a decision error for the measurement of a pattern to an organism sample, to obtain satisfactory reproducibility and to attain multi- checking body processing by inputting the pattern of an object to be measured to a picture processing device with a picture input device and automatically deciding the shape, concentration distribution, size, color and density of the pattern of the object to be measured.
CONSTITUTION: The pattern of an object to be measured 8 is inputted to a picture processing device 2 by a picture input device 10. Then, color encoding and arithmetic processing is executed to color picture data. The organic sample can be used as the object to be measured and for the pattern to be measured, a pattern to be generated by grain aggregation reaction, a pattern to be generated by an RPR test or a pattern to be generated by a one-dimensional radiation immunity diffusing method or the like can be defined as the object. Thus, the shape, concentration distribution, size, color and density of the pattern of the object to be measured are automatically decided and the decision error is reduced in the pattern measurement of the various types of the organism samples. Then, the satisfactory reproducibility is obtained and the multi-checking body processing can be executed.
