Respective slave-side packages 1a, 1b and 1c detect the rising edge of a reference control signal 5 by their rising edge detecting part 10 to recognize a timing of a master-side package 9 transmitting data. Next, the respective packages 1a, 1b and 1c detects the rising edge of the signal 5 by their falling edge detecting part 13 by synchronizing with a reference clock signal 8. An address recognition part 14 receiving a pulse signal with the timing from the part 13 reads the counter value of a counter circuit 11 to compare with an address assigned to its own package and in the case of coinciding, recognizes it to be addressed to its own package.
