Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a concrete distribution device of conventional rail traveling type, eliminate risk of clogging of a concrete pressure feed hose caused by increase in its feeding resistance, and allow the hose to make a certain behavior within a prescribed section.
SOLUTION: A fixed piping for connection is installed on a rail framing (a) which partitions a gutter-shaped cavity, and a plurality of booms 17, 18 are installed with possibility of tilting and expansion/contraction on a revolving device (c) mounted on a traveling dolly (b) placed on the rail framing (a), and a concrete pressure feed pipe 19 hung at the booms 17, 18 is connected with a fixed piping for connection b1 dangling at the dolly (b). The first named fixed piping 7 of the rail framing (a) is connected with this fixed piping of the dolly (b) by a concrete pressure feed hose which is accommodated in the gutter-shaped cavity and has such a length as not generating any obstacle for the dolly (b) to run about from one end to the other of rail framing (a).
