Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily move the production of a certain product to the other production line and to unify the order of process between products produced in a mixed production line.
SOLUTION: Of a plurality of processes, several main processes are determined and a standard order of process comprising the main processes is memorized in a standard process order memorizing part 12. Of following processes which can be performed only after a certain process is performed, the right-after following process of which other following process is not required before to be performed is memorized in a process data memorizing part 10. A process order forming part 14 makes the order of process based on the data of the right-after following process and the limiting conditions of a line. A process selecting part 16 selects the order which is the closest to the standard order of process as the order of process for this product among the orders of process made in this way.
