To develop a system possible to eliminate a burden of a manager about time and labor and possible to set an operation pattern considering profitability without going to the location of the privately owned power plant equipment, while solving the problem of a current privately owned power plant equipment that the manager has to periodically go to a location of the privately owned power plant equipment to collect data and has to set the privately owned power plant equipment corresponding to time.
The privately owned power plant equipment is connected to a server through a network, and the server periodically obtains quantity of the power used by a user of the privately owned power plant equipment and the used quantity of the power generating gas, and computes each data of power rate and gas rate. Each data is stored in a database connected to the server, and the mean power consumption is computed, while containing the storage data and user's holiday information, and the most profitable operation pattern is set on the basis of a result, and the privately owned power plant equipment is set through the network.
