To provide a communication network system designing device having economical facility introduction costs as a result of applying an efficient designing method to a transmission system network.
A network designing device 10 is provided with: a section dividing part 12 for dividing a communication network with nodes and deriving linear design sections; a regenerative repeater removal priority list 14 for storing a regenerative repeater removal priority of nodes at both ends of each design section; a section designing part 16 for respectively arranging a linear repeater or regenerative repeater in each node so as to be able to transmit a signal in each design section and to have a margin with higher reception signal quality in a node with a high regenerative repeater removal priority; and a regenerative repeater removing part 18 for removing a generative repeater when a signal can be transmitted without arranging the generative repeater in a boundary node in two adjacent design sections.
