Abstract:
PURPOSE: To discharge quickly liquid filled in a bottle and to minimize the size of a liquid discharging device by a method wherein the bottle is put upside- down, and a nozzle at a tip end of a ventilation pipe is inserted into a space at a bottom part to introduce atmosphere into the bottom space, whereby the pressure in the bottom space is increased to push down a liquid level.
CONSTITUTION: A bottle 25 poured with sterilized liquid at a preceding step is supplied, first, from a feedind screw 26 to a star wheel 27 at the same pitch of a pocket 28 of the star wheel 27 and transferred to a bottle sandwiching means of a rotator 2. Next, the bottle 25, in accompany with the rotation of the rotor 2, is reversed by 180° in a zone (a) to stand upside-down. Further within another zone (b), an air pipe 6 is raised by a cam 10, so that a nozzle 5 goes into the bottle 25. Then sterilized air is jetted into the bottle 25 through pipes 16,13 and 12 and a distributing head 14. At this time, the sterilized air jetted into the sterilized liquid becomes bubbles, which rise up into the bottom space of the bottle 25 and increase the pressure in the bottom space. Thereby, a liquid level is pushed down, and the liquid can be discharged efficiently.
