To provide a device capable of carefully processing a surface of a traverse-winding bobbin at work for receiving a needle thread placed on the surface of the traverse-winding bobbin particularly after a yarn cut or after cutting prescribed yarn by a dust collector by improving a device having a turnably supported bobbin frame for rotatably holding the traverse-winding bobbin, a winding driving device arranged in the bobbin frame, a support roller driven in frictional contact by the traverse-winding bobbin at winding driving time, a separate yarn traverse device, and a device for lifting the bobbin frame at yarn cut time or yarn cutting time by the prescribed dust collector, and driving a work place of a fiber machine for manufacturing the traverse-winding bobbin.
The respective work places 1 have the device for lifting the bobbin frame 5. The device has a torque sensor 30 joined with a turning shaft 6 of the bobbin frame 5. The torque sensor 30 can be prescribably controlled by a belonging driving member 17.
