An authentication accuracy estimating device 1 is provided with somatological feature authenticating parts 11A to 11N, an authentication score acquisition part 12, an authentication accuracy information acquisition part 13, a probability density function calculating part 14, a normalization processing part 15, an integration processing part 16, an authentication result processing part 17, and an authentication accuracy estimation processing part 18. Individual authentication scores are normalized by the normalization process part 15 based on the probability density function calculated by the probability density function calculating part 14. The integration processing part 16 integrates normalized scores to generate an integrated score. The authentication result processing part 17 performs integrated authentication based on the integrated score. The authentication accuracy estimation processing part 18 estimates the authentication accuracy based on the integrated score and the authentication result and cooperates with the authentication result processing part 17 to derive a most suitable authentication threshold.
