Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the method and the system which evaluate the degrees of difficulty of the work and the treatment in each of states of the life such as production, sales, use, maintenance/inspection/repair, recovery, dismantling, decomposition, recycling, conversion to harmless materials, and abandonment of an article and parts in the design stage.
CONSTITUTION: Parts examination marks Ei expressing the degrees of difficulty of works and processings of parts are recognized as functions of indexes Gi expressing the degrees of difficulty of works and treatments of parts and are expressed by Ei=f (Gi), and product examination marks E expressing the degrees of difficulty of the work and the treatment of an article are recognized as functions of indexes G (=ΣGi) expressing the average values of parts examination marks Ei or the degrees of difficulty of the work and the treatment of the article and are expressed by E=f (g)=f (ΣGi), and work and treatment expenses C and Ci of an evaluation article are estimated from work and treatment expenses C', Ci', G', and Gi' of simsilar articles. The time or expenses required for works and treatments, the design structure, material, etc., are easily and quantitatively evaluated without requiring rich experiences in such form in the early stage of design development of the article and parts that anybody can understand them.
