To provide a method and a device for fabricating a suction hose for an automatic excrement disposal unit permitting relatively easy fabrication of the suction hose for the automatic excrement disposal unit at home and at low cost, and as a result, reducing generation of malodor as much as possible by changing the suction hose with fewer economical burdens in a short period of time.
A coil spring 31 is screwed on by rotating a cylindrical body 51 with the coil spring 31 engaged in a spiral groove 52 recessed on the inner surface. A hose-shaped tube body 30T (a vinyl hose) is folded over and fitted to an outer tube body 53 which is slackly fitted to the periphery of the cylindrical body 51. A socket 30A and the distal end of the hose-shaped tube body 30T are fixed to the distal end of the screwed coil spring 31 to continue the rotation of the cylindrical body 51, and the other socket 30B and the proximal end of the hose-shaped tube body 30T are attached to the proximal end of the coil spring 31.
