Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify a fault point at low cost whichever actuator or sensor as the kernel of the control system, which has actuators and sensors and controlling the operations of the actuators according to output signals of the sensors, gets out of order.
SOLUTION: To diagnose a fault, transmission characteristics between the individual actuators A1 and A2 and individual sensors SA and SB are measured, a fault judgement from the measured values are made about all the transmission lines C1A and C1B, and C2A and C2B between the individual actuators A1 and A2, and individual sensors SA and SB, and the fault point is estimated from the patterns of the fault judgement results of those transmission lines.
