Abstract:
PURPOSE: To continuously execute the removal of rolling oil and annealing of a rolled metallic foil by two lamination rolling and the handling of a separator and a slitter by executing flame treatment and also heat treatment on the inner surface side of the separated metallic foil on the surface of a heating roll.
CONSTITUTION: The metallic foil which is passed through cooling rolls 2, 2' is slitted with a cutter roll 4 into a prescribed width and the metallic foil which is separated through a rubber nip roll 5, separating rolls 6, 6', etc., to cut off the influence of tension due to the flame treatment, slitting or the like is fed to the flame treatment stage of the respective inner surface sides. The flame treatment with burners 83, 84 is executed while bringing the flame-treated surfaces of the metallic foils into contact with adjustable temp. rotary rolls 3, 3' in the adhered state. The heat-treated metallic foil is coiled to coiling rolls 9, 9' after cooling with water cooling rolls 7, 7' or the like.
