PURPOSE: To automate the complex work thus to reduce the fixing man power and to improve the workability, by providing means for stopping/starting the platen at the predetermined position, means for assembling the rubber seat and means for fastening between the motor and the motor holder.
CONSTITUTION: The fixing device 15 for motor is comprised of the carrying means 16 for moving the platen circularly along the predetermined path, means 17 for assembling the rubber seat in the groove of the motor base mounted on the motor, means 18 for feeding the lug terminal and means 19 for fastening between the motor and the motor base. Then the motor holder is mounted on the platen and when the platen reaches to the working position 13, the rubber seat is pushed into the groove in the holder. Thereafter the holder on the platen is taken out temporarily and the motor is inserted into the hole of the platen then the holder is returned onto the platen. With such method the work is automated and the workability is improved.
