CONSTITUTION: The drum part 6 of the rolling roll 4 is housed in the vacuum chamber 1 divided into plural pieces, one part, at least, of the shaft parts 5, 5 of the rolling roll 4 is protruded outside of the vacuum chamber 1 from the through hole 10, 10, while this protruded shaft part 5 is driven to rotate, and the hard film is stuck on the drum part 6 with the ion plating method in the vacuum chamber 1.
