Abstract:

PURPOSE: To control the transmission of light or the like and to improve manufacturing efficiency by performing the acceleration control of the downstream side treatment speed of the strip of a cut cylindrical body in synchronization with an upstream side feed speed by forming a material with the strip and a web material in a honeycomb shape.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical folded strip 15 is passed through adhesive-adding equipment 13 for forming an end part where the cylindrical body 15 opposes, and the cylindrical body 15 is cut to a desired length continuously with a cutter 25. In that case, a drum 26 is rotated in synchronization with the feed speed of a strip 20 and separates the strip at the two drum cross lines of a cutter blade through a foam 27' when being matched to a drum 31. Then, introduction is made to a nip part 29 of a strip-shaped body-feeding device that operates speedily, and the strip 20 being cut is accelerated toward a stacker 32 and falls to an accommodation container 40 through the opening at the bottom, thus completing the downstream treatment of the separated strip 20 and improving working efficiency before the next cut strip 20 is supplied in the upstream treatment.
