Abstract:

To provide new XML management transaction requirement containing XPath expression used for transferring constitutional modification on a data network device, for example.

Formation and use of these new requirements help the saving of cost related to design or upgrade of the data network device. These new requirements can be formed in a new command line interface that has been augmented to give a user access to more configuration functions. A plurality of complicated management transactions are practically, simultaneously executed by using new requirements and the XPath expression related to the new requirements with a central control module. The present constitution of the data network device can be obtained by using the new requirements in addition to the constitutional modification.
