To efficiently produce a resin molded product including a hollow blow molded body formed of a solid resin and a resin foam filled therein, which is excellent in appearance, lightweight property and rigidity while inhibiting cooling delay of the resin molded product within a molding die.
The device comprises: a blow molding means for forming the hollow blow molded body by performing blow molding to a parison P held in the molding die 20; an injection means for injecting a molten foaming resin into the blow molded body while leaving the blow molded body within the molding die 20; a filling means for filling the foaming resin into the blow molded body in parallel to expansion of the blow molded body by foaming the foaming resin while opening the molding die 20 to a predetermined degree after injection of the foaming resin; and a cooling means for cooling a non-drawing part except a drawing part of the blow molded body expanded by opening operation of the molding die 20 more than the drawing part between completion of the forming operation of the blow molded body and completion of the opening operation of the molding die 20 to the predetermined degree.
