This group supervisory operation device is used for a plurality of elevators to select a service elevator that must respond to the landing call based on a prescribed evaluation expression related to a wait time. For the landing call at the specified floor, a getting off time of passengers at the specified floor is taken in the evaluation expression, and the getting off time is calculated by using the car load of the elevator. The specified floor may be, for example, a lobby floor or a sky lobby floor, and may be varied according to traffic conditions.
